Our Linen Service Management Structure
Our linen service is designed to enhance your experience through PEOPLE and SYSTEMS at every step of the process.
(1) Internal Customer Service Team
Our customer service team is the front line of all correspondence for orders and projects. This team works with your staff to facilitate all your linen needs and proactively helps you with planning future events.
(2) Plant Processing Team
Our plan processing team is made up of internal production specialists who work to insure the quality and availability of your linens at all times.
(3) Field Logistics Team
Our field teams are focused on the onsite management of your linens. They perform tasks such as inventory monitoring, organization and routine inspections. These teams work with your staff onsite to maintain product quality and limit losses stemming from damaged linens.
(4) Delivery Team
The delivery team will deliver and restock your shelves, clean up debris and take care of linen related items like bags and hangers. Physical inventory is conducted and soiled laundry is collected. Typically we are onsite at least 4 times per week for our regular commercial clients.
